摘　　要：在矿业全球化以及国内矿产资源日益匮乏的背景下,到海外进行矿业投资是解决我国矿产资源短缺、确保其稳定供应的重要途径,对我国经济安全运行具有重要意义。首先深入分析了目前中国矿业海外投资的现状以及存在的问题,随后提出了相应的对策和建议,希望能引起有关部门的重视。Under the background of mining industry globalization and the lack of domestic mineral resources, overseas mining investment is a important approach to solve the problem of shortage of mineral resources and insure the steady supply of resources, and it is very important for sustainable development of China＇s economy and the economic safety of our country. In this paper it is analyzed the status and existent problems of the oversea investment of Chinese mining industry. Then the corresponding countermeasures and advices are put forward.
