摘　　要：提出了一套设计数字版权管理系统使用的REL描述机制,结合REL提出了一种通过加密、认证、REL控制管理等一系列措施实现在网络浏览器上对Internet上的数字内容进行持久访问控制的模式,并结合此模式提出了一种数字版权管理系统模型,可以通过在网络浏览器中使用插件有效地对数字内容进行远程持久的访问控制。It raises a set of express mechanism of R.EL which adapts to Digital Rights Management System designed by the paper. Combining REL ,the paper proposes a series of measures, such as encryption,authentication, REL control manage, to realize the pattern of persistent access control for the digital content of Internet in web browser. Furthermore, according to the pattern, the paper raises a model of Digital Rights Management System, which can make remote persistent access control for the digital content effectively through employing plug in web browser.
