摘　　要：针对现阶段网络教育资源重用率低和不同系统之间耦合度非常高的现状,提出一个基于JAXM技术的标准化资源分布式管理平台,并论述该平台的体系结构和功能特点,同时详细介绍了JAXM技术的特点以及其他所运用的关键技术。At current, the learning resources have little probability to reuse and the coupling hetween different systems is high. Owing to what remarked above, the paper proposes a learning resource distributed management platform based on JAXM, in addition to that, the paper also discusses the architecture of the platform amd the function characteristics, and introduces the characteristic of JAXM and the other key technology in detail.
