摘　　要：AcompoundfromHedyotis diffusaWilld.wasisolated bythe columnchromatography onsilica gel andelucidated as 2,6-dihydroxy-3-methyl-4-methoxy-anthraquinone by the physico-chemcial characters andspectroscopic methods(1D,2DNMR,UV,EI-MS).This is a newcompound.A compound from Hedyotis diffusa Willd. was isolated by the column chromatography on silica gel and elucidated as 2, 6-dihydroxy-3-methyl-4-methoxy-anthraquinone by the physico-chemcial characters and spectroscopic methods （1D, 2DNMR, UV, EI-MS）. This is a new compound.
