摘 要:对低丘红壤地区7种不同生态系统恢复重建中的土壤酶活性进行了研究,结果表明:不同生态系统对土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶活性影响各异,但均比退化到“谷底”的疏草荒地(CK)高且其表层的酶活性更强。而且土壤酶的活性与有机质、全氮含量的相关性达到显著或极显著的水平,而与土壤pH值的相关性不明显。因此土壤酶活性的高低可以作为衡量土壤肥力高低的重要指标之一。The enzyme activities in hilly red soil through seven patterns of vegetation rehabilitation were studied. The analysis results showed that different patterns of vegetation rehabilitation had different effects on the activity of soil invertase, urease, catalase, acidity phosphatase, protease, peroxidase, and the worst effect was observed in barren grassland (CK). The enzyme activities had a significant positive correlation with the content of organic matter, total N, and had no significant correlation with plt of the soil. The soil enzyme activity could be used as an important index for remarking the soil fertility.
