摘　　要：1,6-diphenylphosphine-hexane was synthesized by using diverse raw materials and adopting different methods.Efects of time,solvent,temperature,and method of synthesis were studied.The results manif est tha tlithium and triphenylphosphine were used for materials in THF and crystaled in CH3OH-H2O,when the reaction was in pure nitrogen with the temperature under 15℃for 10h,the rate of producing 1,6-diphenylphosphine-hexane was up to 90.1%.The product was determined by element analysis,x-ray diffraction,IR,NMR.1, 6-diphenylphosphine-hexane was synthesized by using diverse raw materials and adopting different methods. Efects of time, solvent, temperature, and method of synthesis were studied. The results manifest tha tlithium and triphenylphosphine were used for materials in THF and crystaled in CH3OH-H2O,when the reaction was in pure nitrogen with the temperature under 15℃ for 10h, the rate of producing 1,6-diphenylphosphine-hexane was up to 90. 1%.
