摘　　要：设计了一种以80C196MC单片机为控制器,以智能功率模块IPM为开关器件的变频调速系统。80C196MC单片机作为整个变频调速系统的核心,通过软件编程,产生正弦脉冲宽度调制波形来控制绝缘栅双极晶体管的导通和关断,从而达到控制异步电动机转速的目的。实验结果表明,该系统稳定度高,调速范围宽,谐波含量小,具有较强的实用价值。This paper proposes a new variable-frequency speed-regulated system based on 80C196MC microcontroller and IPM power module. 80C196MC microcontrollcr is the core of the variable-frequency speed-regulated system. The sinusoidal pulse width modulation wave-form is produced by software programming, which controls IGBT＇s conducting and shutting off, and finally, the asynchronous motor＇s speed is controlled. The results of the experiment prove that the system has high stabilization, wide range in adjusting speed and small content of the wave in harmony, so it has a certain practical value.
