摘  要:目的探讨IL-18、IL-10在肾移植急性排斥反应中的作用及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法和RIA法分别检测肾移植患者手术前、手术后1周及2周血清IL-18、IL-10含量,并进行比较分析。结果肾移植患者手术前IL-18和IL-10水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。手术后1周急性排斥组与稳定组比较IL-18和IL-10差异均无显著性(P>0.05);手术后2周急性排斥组IL-18水平明显高于稳定组(P<0.01),IL-10水平明显低于稳定组(P<0.05)。结论肾移植手术前后监测血清IL-18和IL-10水平变化,对于判断急性排斥反应有一定临床意义。[Objectives] To study changes and clinical significance of serum IL-18 and IL-10 levels in patients with renal transplantation of acute rejection. [Methods] To detect serum level of IL-18 and IL-10 in patients with renal transplantation. Blood san,pies were collected one and two weeks pre-operation and post-operation. Serum IL-18 was detected by ELISA, serum IL-10 was detected by RIA, the correlation was analyzed by comparing the serum IL-18 and iLq0 levels in each groups. [Results] The serum level of IL-18 and IL-10 in patients with renal transplantation pre-operation was significantly higher than normal group (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05). One week post-operation, serum levels of IL-18 and IL-10 show no significant difference between acute rejection group and stable group (P 〉0.05). 2 weeks post-operation serum level of IL-18 was significantly higher acute rejection group than stable group (P 〈0.01), but serum level of IL-10 acute rejection group was significantly decreased than stable group (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] To detect the serum levels of IL-18 and IL-10 in patients with renal transplantation pre-operation and post-operation has certain clinical significance to distinguish acute rejection.
