手术治疗胸壁结核的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胸壁结核手术治疗的临床效果。方法158例胸壁结核均选择顺肋间弧形切口,切开脓肿,探查窦道盲端,彻底清创冲洗,利用内翻缝合技术及肌瓣填塞技术,清除残腔,并引流与包扎。结果158例患者,1例术后1个月复发,157例术后1年复查,原病灶无复发,临床治愈。结论该手术方法可提高手术成功率。[Objective] To search the clinical effect of surgery treats to thoracic wall tuberculosis. [Methods] The arc margin along the intercostal were choosed for 158 examples who had thoracic walls tuberculosis, We cut the abscess openly, investigate the cavity to the end, clear the cavity thoroughly, eliminate the remnant cavity with the technology of tunas sutures and myo- petal pads, use drainage and wrap up. [Results] 157 examples were cured ciinicaUy with tile original focus of infection does not recur by the reexamination after 1 year latter. But 1 example recur after 1 month. [Conclusion] This surgery method may enhance the surgery success ratio.
