摘　　要：目的总结Page肾的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析18例Page肾患者的症状、体征、影像学检查、治疗和随访情况。结果5例行经皮肾周穿刺抽液治疗,3d后症状复发,改行开放手术,14例行肾包膜切除术,4例行腹腔镜肾包膜切除术。术后随访8个月～30年,平均14年,所有患者症状均消失。结论对有腰腹部外伤史,腰腹部胀痛病人应考虑该病的可能,超声及CT检查是主要诊断依据,肾包膜切除术可获得良好疗效。[Objective] To present the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 18 cases of Page kidney. [Methods] 18 cases of Page kidney were retrospectively analysed. [Results] 5 cases underwent pereutaneous drainage of subcapsular renal fluid collection, after 3 days the symptom of them recured and operations were put into practice. Decapsulation of kidney was carried out in 14 cases, 4 cases underwent laparoscopic decapsulation of kidney. All patients have been followed up from 8 months to 30 years with an average of 14 years, whose symptom disappeared. [Conclusions] In patients with a history of trauma and distensible pain of waist or abdomen, the possibility of Page kidney should be considered. Ultrasonography and computerized tomography are the main means of diagnosis. Decapsulation of kidney is the proper treatment.
