摘　　要：通过对液氮反充主塔流程的分析以及相关压力、流量和回流比的理论计算,确定其可行性,并在实践中得以验证。Through analysis of the process for liquid nitrogen reverse filling main tower and theoretic calculation of related pressure, flow rate and reflux ratio, feasibility of the process was determined and verified in practice.
