2005年海珠区部分干部人群华支睾吸虫感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握广州市海珠区公安、工商、医疗系统的部分干部人群华支睾吸虫感染现状及流行特点,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤氏粪检法对检查对象进行华支睾吸虫虫卵检测。结果共检测382人,阳性43人,感染率为11.26%。上述三类不同职业的干部人群感染率无显著性差异,男女感染率存在显著差异,男性高于女性,且31～50岁年龄组感染率较高。结论干部人群感染率高,应重视对该人群的防治工作,加强对其健康教育,改善其不良饮食习惯,以降低华支睾吸虫的感染率。Objective To investigate the status of clonorchiasis and its epidermiological characteristics in policemen, industrial ＆ commercial govemment employees, and medical professionals in Haizhu District of Guangzhou city so as to provide basis for making practical control measures. Method Kato-Kotz was used for detection of clonorchis eggs in stools. Result 382 samples were analyzed, 43 samples were positive, and the infection rate was 11.26%. A remarkable difference in the infection rate among the above three groups was not observed. The infection rate in male individuals was higher than the female. Individuals in the age group of 31-50 had a higher infection rate. Conclusion The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in the study subjects was high. We should strengthen their health education, arouse their safety consciousness, and change their bad diet habit so as to reduce the incidence of infection.
