高龄高危泌尿外科患者的围手术期处理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄高危泌尿外科患者的特点和围手术期处理方法。方法对36例高龄高危泌尿外科患者的诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果该组病人术前合并症病情隐匿、种类多、术后感染率高,经积极处理,尤其是改善心肺功能和纠正高血糖,待全身状况好转再手术,均安全度过围手术期。结论术前、术后积极处理合并症是高龄高危泌尿外科患者安全度过围手术期的关键。Objective To discuss the characteristics and perioperative management of the eider urologic patients. Method 36 eider urologic patients who are at high surgical risk were retrospectively analyzed. Result The conditions of these patients are conceal before operation, and postoperative infection rate is high. Proper management, such as improving the pulmonary function and blood glucose level, is required. Conclusion Properly management of the complications before and after operation is the key success for the eider urologic patients to safely pass through the perioperative period.
