狄克片治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨狄克片对慢性肾衰竭（CRF）的临床疗效。方法将140例CRF患者随机分为狄克片组和艾西特组，各组70例。狄克片组在常规治疗基础上加用狄克片。艾西特组在常规治疗基础上加艾西特。观察二者的治疗效果。结果狄克片组的血肌酐、尿素氮、肌酐清除率均有显著改善（P〈0．01），其显效率、总有效率分别为31．4％、84．2％；而艾西特组分别为17．2％、58．6％，两组比较均差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。狄克片组疗效明显优于艾西特组。结论狄克片治疗CRF疗效明显优于艾西特组。Objective discusses the Dick pieces to the chronic renal failure （C R F） clinical curative effect. Method 140 patients with C R F, stochastically divides into the Dick piece group and Ai Xi Te group, each 70 examples. The Dick piece group, on the conventional treatment foundation adds Dick piece. Ai Xi Te group, on the conventional treatment foundation adds Ai Xi Te piece. O bserves two groups＇ of treatment results. Results Dick piece group＇s Cr, B U N, Ccr has the remarkable improvement all （P〈0. 01）;Dick piece group＇s remarkable effectiveness＇ rate, effectiveness＇ rate, respectively is 31.4%, 84. 2% Ai Xi Te group＇s remarkable effectiveness＇rate, effectiveness＇rate, respectively is 15. 7%, 64. 1%. Two groups compare have all the remarkable difference all （P〈0. 01）, the Dick piece group curative effect obviously surpass Ai Xi Te group. Conclusions the Dick piece treats C R F the curative effect obviously to surpass Ai Xi Te group.
