摘 要:改变碳化条件和掺加金属催化剂,制备了十几个煤焦样品。用XRD测定了未载金属煤焦的碳微晶尺寸。用TPR法测定了上述煤焦的CO_2气化反应性,用Freeman-Carroll方法计算得到了反应活化能E和指前因子A。结果表明:碳化条件越剧烈,煤焦的气化活性越低。掺加不同量的钙催化剂,煤焦的气化活性得到不同程度的提高,同时DTG曲线有明显的变化。这些现象可从碳化条件对煤焦气化活性的影响,以及钙对煤焦CO_2气化的催化作用等方面来解释。The purpose of this study was to clarify the influence of carbonization conditions and calcium catalysts on gasification reactivity of coal chars. Ca loading was performed by impregnation method with an acetate solution. The gasification reactivity was investigated by performing temperature-programmed reactions (TPR) with coal chars prepared at various carbonization conditions and Ca-containing char samples,under 0.1MPa CO_2 stream.The results showed that more severe carbonization conditions led to lower gasification reactivity of chars. Reactivity of Ca-containing chars increased with Ca content up to a loading saturation level (LSL) of about 5wt%. X-ray diffraction(XRD)has been used to determine carbon microcrystallite size of coal chars. The different catalytic behaviour of calcium catalyst below and above the LSL may be due to catalyst dispersion conditioned by carboxyl groups. Only the exchanged calcium has a catalytic activity,whereas the excess calcium which has low dispersion does not have additional catalytic activrty.
