高效液相色谱法测定吲哚美辛滴眼液的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定吲哚美辛滴眼液的含最。方法采用Eellpse XDB-C18色谱柱；流动相：0．1mol·L^-1冰醋酸溶液-乙腈（20：80），检测波长：228nm。结果吲哚美辛在0．07-0．17mg·ml^-1范围内呈良好线性关系，r=0．9996，平均回收率99．52％，RSD=0．49％（n=9）。结论该方法简便，结果准确可靠，重现性好。Aim To create an HPLC method for the determination of contents in Indometacin Eye drops. Methods A Eclipse XDB C18 column was used with 0. 1mol·L^-1 glacial acetic acid - Acetonitrile（20： 80） as the mobile phase. The content was detected at a wavelength of 228nm. Results The linear range was 0. 07 - 0. 17mg·ml^-1 with r = 0. 999 6. The average recovery rate was 99.52%, RSD = 0. 49% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method was simple,quick and accurate.
