摘　　要：在BOT模式的运营期内,混凝土结构受环境因素的影响,其耐久性成为突出的问题。对BOT项目中混凝土结构的耐久性问题作了简要分析,为了使在BOT的特许经营期结束后项目能够保持正常的使用状态,建议接管方在项目的建设与使用过程中应加强对保证结构耐久性措施实施的监督,以减少接管方的使用风险。In BOT project, the expenses of the investment is higher and the time limit is longer. During the BOT time limit, the duration of the concrete structures influenced by the environment is outstanding. The structural duration in BOT project is discussed in this paper. A suggestion is presented in order to keep the structural service life state after the end of the BOT concessionary time, which is the successor should strengthen the supervision of the structural duration during the building and the using for the sake of reducing the successor＇s risk.
