摘  要:以栽培番茄中杂9号品种的幼苗为试材,在昼/夜温度分别为10/5,15/10,25/20,35/30和45/40℃条件下,研究了温度胁迫对叶片及根系转化酶种类和活性以及光合特性的影响。结果表明,在温度胁迫下,幼苗生长量下降,根系和地上部鲜重降低;在低温(10/5℃)和亚低温(15/10℃)胁迫下,光合色素(叶绿素和类胡萝卜素)含量下降;在亚高温(35/30℃)胁迫下,光合色素含量上升;与常温(25/20℃)相比,温度胁迫期间,气孔导度和光合强度先下降,再升高,然后随着胁迫时间的延长又呈现逐渐下降的趋势;在持续温度胁迫下,叶片和根系中可溶性转化酶和胞壁转化酶的活性基本都呈增强的趋势。The impact of temperature stress at different levels of 10/5℃, 15/10℃, 25/20 ℃, 35/30 ℃, 45/40℃ on invertase expression in leaves and roots, and photosynthetic characteristics in tomato seedling cv. Zhongza No. 9 were studied. The results showed that the seedling growth dropped in root weight and top weight under temperature stress. The contents of photosynthetic pigments ,both chlorophyll and carotenes,reduced under both low (10/5 ℃ ) and sub-low (15/10 ℃) temperature stress,but increased under sub-high (35/30℃) temperature stress. In comparison to the normal temperature (25/20 ℃) treatment,stomata conductance and photosynthetic intensity during temperature stress were in the trend of dropping at the beginning,rising for a while and then gradually decreasing in accordance with the lasting of stress. The activities of both soluble invertase and cell wall bound invertase were increased under continual temperature stress.
