摘  要:对黄土高原丘陵沟壑区引种栽培的奥地利黑松、花旗松和乡土树种油松的针叶进行冰冻后测定其电导率,比较三者间的抗寒性;并对3个树种与抗寒性相关的生理生化指标进行了测定,探讨其抗寒的内在机理。结果表明,奥地利黑松的抗寒性与油松接近,而花旗松的抗寒性比二者稍强;花旗松的束缚水/自由水比值和组织中K+含量非常高,奥地利黑松的可溶性糖和脱落酸(ABA)含量较高,油松则是K+和ABA含量较高。另外,油松较高的类胡萝卜素/叶绿素比值可能也对抗寒性有贡献。可见,3个树种虽然都是抗寒树种,但其抗寒机理有差异。The cold resistance of P. nigra var. austriaca,Pseudotsuga menziesii var. glauca and P. tabulaeformis was determined with artifical freezing method and conductometry. The results show that the cold resistance of P. nigra var. austriaca is similar with that of P. tabulaeformis,and the cold resistance of Pseudotsuga menziesii var. glauca is stronger than that of the other two. And the mechanism of cold resistance was studied. It demonstrates that bound water/free water ratio and K^+ content of Pseudotsuga menziesii var. glauca is very high,the contents of soluble sugar and ABA in P. nigra var. austriaca and the contents of ABA and K^+ in P. tabulaeformis are high. Additionally, high carotenoid/chlorophyll ratio may contribute to cold resistance of P. tabulaeformis. So the mechanism of cold resistance is different in these cold-hardy trees.
