改良阴式子宫切除术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：实施改良阴式子宫切除术的可行性和安全性。方法：2004年11月～2006年7月我院妇科对30例良性子宫疾患且为非脱垂子宫，其大小相当于6～14孕周，实施改良阴式子宫切除术。分析手术时间、术中出血量、术中和术后并发症、手术后住院时间情况。结果：平均手术时间50min（45～145min），平均出血量210ml（100～400ml），术后平均住院时间5．6天（5天-7天），术后排气时闯1．5天（1～2天），术中和术后未发生任何并发症。结论：非脱垂良性病变子宫〈孕14周大小者，实施改良阴式子宫切除术是安全可行的。Objective： To explore the feasibility and safety for improved transvaginal hysterectomy. Methods： Since November 2004 to July 2006, there were 30 patients （6～14 pregnant - week - or - fewer big） with uterine benign diseases and normal - positioned uteras for improved transvaginal hysterectomy. Results： The mean oprating time was 50 min with a range 45～145 min. The amount of blood loss during operation was 100～400 ml, post - oporative hospital stay was 5.6 days （5～7 days）, anus exhaustion time was 1.5 days （1～2 days）. Conclusion： The improved transvaginal hysterectomy is safety and confidence for those with uterine benign diseases and normal - positioned 14 pregnant - week - or - fewer big uterus.
