摘 要:目的探讨不同提取条件和不同提取方法对芥子碱提取得率与效率的影响。方法采用正交实验,考察提取时间、提取温度、料液比3个因素的影响,建立芥子碱热醇提取的最佳提取条件。并在此基础上,研究微波、超声波辅助提取对芥子碱提取效率的影响。结果热醇提取优化工艺条件是A2B2C3即提取时间为4.5h,料液比为1∶30,提取温度为80℃。微波辅助提取与热醇提取相比提取效率提高了89%,而超声波辅助提取与热醇提取相比提取效率提高了85%。结论不同提取条件显著影响芥子碱提取得率,微波与超声波辅助提取可大大提高芥子碱提取效率。OBJECTIVE To study the effect on the extraction yield and efficiency of sinapine with different extraction conditions and ways. METHODS To found the optimal conditions for hot alcolhol extraction, the effect of extraction time,temperature and solid/solvent ratio three factors were investetigated by the orthogonal test. Based on it, the extraction efficiency of sinapine were compared between microwave-assisted extraction ultrasonic-assisted extraction and hot alcohol extraction. RESULTS The optimal conditions for hot alcohol extractio were A2B2C3, as follows: extraction time was 4. 5h, solid/solvent ratio was 1 : 30, extraction temperature was 80℃. Compared with hot alcohol extraction the extraction efficiency of microwave-assisted extraction was improved by 89%, the extraction efficiency of ultrasonic-assisted extraction was improved by 85 %. CONCLUSION The result showed different extractio conditions prominently affect the extraction yield of sinapine, microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonlc-assisted extraction can greatly improve the extraction efficiency of sinapine.
