摘  要:目的研究洛美沙星搽剂对小鼠皮肤组织结构的影响。方法对小鼠背侧约2×2cm2进行脱毛处理,8天后在背侧脱毛发范围内,实验组涂洛美沙星搽剂,对照组涂搽生理盐水,待自然干燥,分别在1h、2h、3h、4h、6h、7h、8h、10h、11h、25h和36h处死小鼠。剪取涂搽部位皮肤做病理切片观察及表皮厚度测量。结果经涂洛美沙星搽剂的小鼠皮肤各个时间段出现角质层不同程度脱落、活性表皮层增生与角化、表皮细胞层间距变大、毛囊孔径加宽等现象。结论洛美沙星搽剂通过使角质层、活性表皮、毛囊结构以及细胞排列发生变化,促进了洛美沙星在皮肤中的扩散和渗透。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Lomefloxacin linimentum to skin's tissue structure in mice. METHODS Pelage of 2 × 2 cm^2 on hack of mice was depilated. Eight days later, in the area of pelage depilated, Lomefloxacin linimentum was applied on skin of experimental mice and physiological saline on skin of controlled mice. The mice were killed in lh, 2h, 3h, 4h, 6h, 7h, 8h, 10h, 11h, 25h and 36h later. The applied skin was taken to make into pathological sections and the thickness of epidermis was measured. RESULTS Different level desquamation of corneous layer, hyperplasia and cornification of active cuticular layer,distance enlargement of epidermal cell layer and widened aperture of hair follicle et al were investigated in different time after application of Lomefloxacin linimentum. CONCLUSION Lomefloxacin linimentum may promote Lomefloxaein diffuse and infiltrate into skin by changing structure of corneous layer, active epidermis, hair follicle and collocation of cells.
