摘　　要：目的:探讨微弹簧圈在血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法:在局麻或全麻下,采用Seld inger技术,通过微导管将微弹簧圈置入动脉瘤中,使动脉瘤得到有效的栓塞。结果:本组栓塞治疗21例22个动脉瘤,完全栓塞20个动脉瘤(2例二次栓塞),占90.5%,栓塞加手术2例,占9.5%,无死亡病例,达国内先进水平。尤其是进口及国产栓塞材料联合应用,既节省治疗费用,又达到良好治疗效果。结论:微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法。Objective ：To estimate the effect of endovascular embolotherapy with micro - coil on intracranial aneurysm. Methods： Under local or general anesthesia, using Seldinger＇ s skill, the micro-coil was inserted into aneurysm through micro - catheter to peg the aneurysm effectively. Results： 21 cases with 22 aneurysms were pegged, 20 aneurysms were totally pegged（2 cases were pegged for twice）, accounting for 90. 5 %, 2 cases were treated by embolotherapy and operation, accounting for 9. 5%, none died. It reached at advanced level in China. Especially, the using of the imports associated with national materials, which is not only cheaper but also effective. Conclusion： It＇ s a safe and reliable method of endovascular embolotherapy with micro - coil on intracranial aneurysm.
