静脉血营养静脉皮瓣的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究静脉血营养静脉皮瓣的成活机理。方法:20只成年兔被分成实验组和对照组,实验组制成阻隔式皮瓣。结果:阻隔式静脉皮瓣的成活率与原位缝合静脉皮瓣差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:受区与静脉皮瓣之间的侧支吻合对静脉皮瓣成活的影响不大。Objective：To Study the mechanism of survival for the venous flaps nourished by venous blood. Methods： Twenty adult rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were segregated with acceptor areao Results： There are no significant difference in the survival rate between the segregated venous flaps and the non-segregated ve- nous flaps（ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion： It is concluded that new blood vessel of acceptor area do not play a pivotal role for the survival of venous flap nourished by venous blood.
