复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法对45例慢性荨麻疹患者静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷40 m l,每日1次,疗程14 d,分别于治疗第7天和治疗第14天进行疗效观察。结果治疗第7天,症状总积分由治疗前的7.67±0.67下降到2.53±2.54;16例痊愈,12例显效,有效率为62.22%。治疗第14天时总积分进一步下降为1.49±2.02;21例痊愈,13例显效,有效率为75.56%。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of compound glycymhizin in the treatment of children chronic urticaria. Methods Forty-five patients were administrated with 40 ml compound glycyrrhzin once a day for 14 days, then clinical efficacy was evaluated at the 7th day and the 14th day. Results At the 7th day, the score of urticaria severity was declined from 7. 67±0. 67 to 2. 53±2. 54,16 patients being cured and 12 patients markedly improved. The effective rate was 62. 22%. At the 14 th day the score was further declined to 1.49±2. 02,21 Patients being cured and 13 patients markedly improved. The effective rate was 75. 56%. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of children chronic urticaria.
