摘　　要：本文运用调查访问法和逻辑分析法对中国篮协成都篮球学校后备人才培养现状与发展态势进行了深入的分析研究,并针对学校当前面临的问题和发展前景,提出了相关对策建议。This article utilized the investigation and the logical method and has conducted the thorough analysis research to the present training situation and the development situation of the reserve talents of Chinese Basketball Association Chengdu Attached Basketball School, and aimed at the problem and the prospects for development which the school current faced, put forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
