天竺醒脑胶囊治疗老年性痴呆临床观察与疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察中药天竺醒脑胶囊治疗老年性痴呆临床疗效。方法设天竺醒脑胶囊治疗组与常规西药对照组。给药前后记录患者的一般情况变化,并采用许氏记忆量表检测记忆商(MQ)。结果治疗组显效11例,有效14例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%;对照组显效2例,有效6例,无效22例,总有效率为26.7%,组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论天竺醒脑胶囊治疗老年性痴呆疗效满意,同时也证实和证明舒肝理气、健脾补肾、化痰通络、开窍醒脑是中医治疗老年性痴呆的重要方法和有效途径。Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianzhu Xingnao capsule on Alzheimer disease （AD）. Methods The patients were divided into Tianzhu Xingnao capsule group and regular synthetic medicine group. The patients general condition were recorded before and after the administration of drugs, and the memory quotient （MQ）was determined by Xu＇s memory scale. Results There were 11 significantly effective cases, 14 effective cases,with a total effective rate of 83.3% in Tianzhu Xingnao group, compared with 2,6 and 26. 7% in regular synthetic medicine group. Conclusions The curative effect of Tianzhu Xingnao capsule on AD is satisfactory.
