摘  要:[目的]探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠黏膜血液动力学改变对肠源性内毒素(LPS)血症的影响.[方法]制作梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型,测定血清一氧化氮(NO),内皮素(ET),LPS含量.[结果]梗阻性黄疸1周组大鼠血浆ET,LPS含量明显高于正常组,但NO含量无明显变化;梗阻性黄疸2周组大鼠血浆NO,ET,LPS含量均明显高于正常组,其中以NO含量变化最为明显.NO/ET与LPS呈负相关.[结论]梗阻性黄疸时血浆NO,ET含量的变化与肠源性LPS血症发生密切相关.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of gut original endotoxemia on change of hemodynamics of gut mucosa. METHODS The models of obstructive jaundice were established, and the serum NO, ET and LPS levels were determined. RESULTS The serum ET and LPS levels were significantly higher than control group on the 1 week after operation, but the NO level hadn't obviously change;the serum NO, ET and LPS all levels were higher than control group on the 2 weeks after operation, the change of NO level was the most significant, the serum LPS level was invariant on the 1 and 2 weeks after operation. NO/ET was negatively related to LPS. CONCLUSION The change of the serum NO and ET level was related to gut original endotoxemia in obstructive jaundice.
