摘　　要：我国有很多物流园区是在自发形成的物流市场的基础上规划发展的,由于在新园区建设过程中没有及时对原有物流基础进行提升和改进,出现自发性与规划性共存的“二元”结构局面。本文以上海西北综合物流园区的二元结构案例为基础,分析了二元结构产生的原因,并提出针对性的整合建议。Many logistics parks in China are planned on the basis of a spontaneous logistics market. During the construction process, the planner hadn＇t improved the infrastructures and foundations of the former logistics market, thus leading to the duality structure of the coexistence of spontaneity and planning. This paper based on the case study of Northwest Logistics, analyzes the reason that the duality structure exists, and proposes suggestion on how to achieve the integration of spontaneity and planning.
