缙云山斑腿树蛙胚后发育的观察

摘　　要：该文研究了缙云山斑腿树蛙的胚后发育。斑腿树蛙的卵泡采自于重庆北碚缙云山，置于实验室内缸中，自然孵化。在2：3、3～29．8℃的温度条件下观察斑腿树蛙胚后发育的过程，该蛙的胚后发育可划分为18期，历时50.5d描述了斑腿树蛙胚后发育各个阶段的形态特征。讨论并比较了该蛙和其他蛙胚后发育的特点。Eggs of Rhacophorus leuconystax captured on Mt. Jinyun of Chongqing were kept in tankers in the laboratory of Soulhwest Uni- versity and made to hatch naturally at 23, 3 -29.8℃. Their post - emhryonic development from the stage of semicircular limb bud to the stage of metamorphosis was divided into 18 stages and lasted for 50.5 days. A timetable for their normal dewelopment and a description of the morphological features at various stages are given in this paper. The characteristics of development of this species of frog are discussed and compared with those of other frog species
