摘  要:分析了自发辐射与注入种子信号在激光建立过程中的竞争对种子注入的影响.利用单块非平面环形腔单频激光器作为种子振荡信号,注入到高重复频率Q开关构成的从动激光器,获得单脉冲能量大于5 mJ、脉冲宽度40 ns的单纵模振荡脉冲激光输出.测试了种子激光器在不同频率、功率及在从动激光器不同抽运能量下种子注入现象发生的几率实验.结果表明,频率匹配和从动激光器的抽运能量是影响种子注入发生几率的重要因素.Abstract: Effect of energy competition between spontaneous emission and injected seed signal to injection locking master-slave lasers is analyzed. The injected seed laser is a monolithic non-planar single frequency ring laser. The slave laser is a Q-switched resonator with high repetition frequency. Single frequency pulse laser having a pulse width of 40 ns and an output power higher than 5 mJ is obtained. Locking probability is tested under conditions of different frequency, power and pumped energy of the slave laser. It is shown that the frequency are the important factors of injection seed probability. matching and pumped energy of the slave laser are the important factors of injection seed probability.
