摘  要:目的提高产科缩宫素引产的安全性和成功率。方法2004年7月至2006年3月将216例有引产指征而无引产禁忌证的孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各108例,观察组采用微量注射泵调节缩宫素引产,对照组常规人工调节滴数引产。结果观察组安全引产率、引产成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05);引产至临产时间观察组较对照组短(P<0.05);而总产程时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用微量注射泵调节缩宫素的注射速度,可稳定缩宫素的有效血药浓度,维持规律宫缩,避免强直性宫缩而致胎儿宫内窘迫、子宫破裂的发生,提高引产的安全性及成功率,并缩短引产时间。Objective To improve the security and successful rate of induced abortion by oxytocin in obstetrics. Methods Two hundred and sixteen pregnant women with index of induced abortion were divided randomly into observation group and control group, and each group was composed of 108 cases. Injection speed of oxytocin was regulated by micro-syringe pump in the observation group, and the drop-number was regulated by man in the control group. Results The security rate and successful rate of induced abortion by oxytocin in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0. 05, P〈 0.05) ; the time since induced abortion to birth in the observation group shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.05), but total time of birth process had no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Using micro-syringe pump to regulate injection speed of oxytocin can stabilize effective drug concentration in blood, sustain regular uterine contraction, avoid rigidity uterine contraction leading to fetus endo-uterine embarrass or rupture of uterus, improve the security and successful rate of induced abortion, and shorten the time of induced abortion.
