摘　　要：我国高等教育近年来发展异常迅速。快速发展的同时,难免带来一些显现和潜在的矛盾与问题,这些矛盾与问题可以概括为四个方面的危机:理念危机、经济危机、教育质量危机和社会信誉危机。这些危机是发展中不可避免的,但是需要我们认清形势,理性分析,及时使我国高等教育从外延发展转到内涵式发展的轨道上来。China＇ s higher education has been developing quickly these years. Many contradiction and problems have appeared in this process and some potential ones do exist which can be regarded as ＂crisis＂. Idea crisis, economic crisis, education quality crisis and social credit crisis exist in both Government and universities and colleges. Those crises are inevitable in the development process, but we should have a clear idea on the situation and make rational analysis. Then we can make higher education change from extension development mode to connotation development mode.
