摘  要:为寻求低温条件下活性污泥-生物膜(泥膜)共生复合式生物反应器的快速启动,试验采用接种耐冷菌群间歇驯化的方法,对启动期耐冷活性污泥的特性、耐冷活性污泥的挂膜过程和处理反应器的净化效能进行了研究。综合泥膜共生反应器净化效能和活性污泥-生物膜特性等研究结果表明,在冬季低温条件下仅20d就完成反应器的启动,启动后140d的连续运行表明反应器对CODCr、BOD5、TOC、和氨氮的去除率分别为85%、83%、72%和83%。这样的启动方式具有启动快、挂膜迅速、处理效果稳定等优点。This study explored the start-up of hybrid bio-reactor of activated sludge-biofilm (AS-B HBR) at the cold climate area during the winter time. In the experiment the inoculated hardy culture was adapted by batch acclimation, and the properties, especially the bio-film formation of the cold tolerant activated sludge, and the overall wastewater treatment capacity of the hybrid reactor as well were investigated. The result showed that at low temperature winter time the start -up cycle could complete at 20 days. By normal operation of 140 days after the start-up, removals of 85%, 83%, 72% and 83% could be obtained for CODCr, BOD5, TOC and NH3-N respectively. Therefore, this AS-B HBR might be the suitable process for domestic wastewater treatment in cold climate area.
