摘　　要：描述了一个基于AgilentTestExecSL的自动测试系统的设计。对ATS进行了简要介绍;提出ATS设计采用的四种模式,并分析了各种模式的特点及适用的场合;对基于AgilentTestExecSL的测试设计进行了详细阐述。设计充分利用了TestExecSL测试平台可利用的资源,体现出基于该测试平台开发的高效性、灵活性,测试的可重用性,以及测试逻辑与测试操作分离的特点。An ATS design based on Agilent TestExecSL is described.The author firstly gives an introduction to the ATS System.Secondly, he raises four design modules of ATS.Thirdly, he analyses the characteristics and their applicable situation of each module.Then the author presents a detailed account of the ATS design based on Agilent TestExecSL.His Design makes a good use of the resources from TestExecSL platform, and his design has many good characteristics such as high efficiency of development, flexibility and reusability.In addition, the Platform has a clearly distinguishes characteristic of the sequencing operations and testing operations can be carried on separately.
