摘　　要：在浙江省农村卫生适宜技术的基层推广研究工作基础上,从决策管理、技术项目、推广主体和受体等多个角度,对现阶段影响农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的因素进行初步分析,并提出若干对策建议,为进一步开展农村卫生适宜技术基层推广应用提供决策参考。In this article, we analyzed various factors which affect the appropriate health technology extension in rural areas, based on the study in Zhejiang province. Influence exerted by these factors was discussed mainly in accordance with project administration, technical usability, subject and object in technology extension, some tactics was also put forward to promote the technology extension effect. This research will provide evidence for government＇s decision-making.
