摘　　要：在阐述目前我国科技人才,特别是医学科技人才评价指标体系的指标设置及研究方法的基础上,综述了以科技人才为评价对象的评价指标体系及综合评价方法研究的实例,为今后开展医学科技人才评价指标体系及综合评价方法研究提供参考。Based on the establishment of the index system evaluating qualified scientist and technicians, especially those in the medical field in our country, this paper presented a general account of individual cases with relation to the index system and the method to evaluate qualified scientist and technicians. Also, this paper provided the reference for further research of the index system and the method in the future.
