港口竞争力评价模型与东北亚港口竞争力的评价

摘　　要：介绍了港口综合竞争力的评价模型,并结合AHP模型分析了东北亚地区主要港口之间的综合竞争力水平。将港口综合竞争力首先分成四个准则指标,在每一个准则指标下又细化出一级指标和二级指标,并建立起层次分析指标体系。结合调查取证,确定东北亚主要港口竞争力指标体系数值,通过模型运算得出东北亚主要港口综合竞争力指标排序,并针对增强大连港竞争力发展提出建设性建议。In this paper, ports comprehensive competition capability is decompounded into 4 rules factors, and each factor is Subsequently decompounded into the index and secondary index factors respectionly. By investigating each index factors and calculating the weighing data, based on their importance related to the general object, the paper calculates the comprehensive competition capability, then it gives out the rank of some main ports in northeast Asia. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to Dalian port development.
