摘　　要：本文对几十年来传统的个人消费品的主要分配方式——按劳分配原则,从理论渊源和社会实践上进行了比较深入的理性分析。这些分析,能够为我们正确探讨现阶段个人消费品的主要分配方式及党中央处理好“改革收入分配制度和规范收入分配秩序问题”提供更加科学的理论依据。In order to explore the main approach to distributing individual consumer＇s goods at present and provide a more scientific theoretical ground of solving the problem of income distribution, it is necessary to make a rational and in-depth analysis, from the theoretical and practical angles, of the principle of distribution according to work. Traditionally it was the main approach to distributing individual consumer＇s goods in the past several decades. This will help improve, scientifically and effectively, the relations of income distribution and standardize the order of income distribution.
