摘　　要：目前,新农村建设虽已是家喻户晓,但需要解决的问题仍然很多,首先需要进一步明确的就是新农村建设的主题组织是农民自立的组织;其次是要考虑农民合作社类型问题。事实上,韩国、日本以及吉林省梨树县已有的成功经验已经证明了综合合作社的实用性。New Countryside Construction policy is well-known presently, but still many problems to deal with. Firstly, it should be clarified that the subject organization of new countryside construction is farmer＇s independent organization. Secondly, it is necessary to consider farmer＇s cooperative＇s types, in fact the successful achievements in ROK, Japan and Lishu Country has proved comprehensive cooperatives practical features.
