摘　　要：通过对天津科学技术馆的围护结构节能改造前后能耗计算进行比较,认为对既有公共建筑进行节能改造是经济的、可行的.虽然初投资较大,但是节能效果和投资回收效益是巨大的.Taking Tianjin Science and Technology Hall for example , through the comparison of energy consumption before and after the envelop energy saving reconstruction, it is proven that the envelop retrofit of existent public buildings is economical and feasible. Although the initial investment is vast, the energy conservation effect and the investment recycling results are obvious.
