摘　　要：从理论上对房地产开发规划管理的动态监测进行了探讨.运用逻辑演绎的研究方法,对开展房地产开发规划管理动态监测工作的必要性进行了分析,进而对监测的目标、主体、方式和定量评价指标体系进行了论述.Monitoring mechanism of real estate development planning regulation is discussed theoretically. The logical method has been carried out to research the necessity,goals, principal, method and quantitative evaluation index system of monitoringen on the real estate development planning regulation.
