对大学生实践能力培养的几点思考

摘　　要：本文从用人单位反馈的“应届大学毕业生实践动手和创造能力较弱”的问题入手,分析了制约大学生实践能力培养的主要因素,提出了强化大学生实践能力培养的途径与方法。The feedback from the employer proposed the question that the student who just graduated from university was weak at the ability to practice and create. It indicated that the present educational system had defect and deficiency in cuhivatng undergraduates to practice and create. In this paper, the major factor which restricted the cuhure of undergraduate to practice their knowledge was analyzed, and furthermore, the channel and method which could enhance the ability were suggested.
