摘 要::论述了利用煤矸石制取复方聚合铝铁的可行性。利用正交试验研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、盐酸浓度、反应温度、粒度等因素对复方聚合铝铁制取过程的影响,确定最佳操作条件为:焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间1.5—3.5h,盐酸浓度25%-30%,反应温度120℃,粒度60目。对所制产品作了质量分析,并得出结论:利用米泔水制取复方聚合铝铁是一种切实可行的的方法。The paper deals with the feasibility of making complex pelymeric aluminum and ferric chloride (PAFC) from coal gangue. Through orthogonal test, the paper explores the influences of such factors as calcination temperature, calcination time, hydrochloric acid concentration, reaction temperature and grain size on the making process of PAFC, and give the best operation conditions: calcination temperature is 700℃, calcination time is 1.5 - 3.5 h, hydrochloric acid concentration is 25% - 30%, reaction temperature is 120℃ and grain size is 60 mesh. At last, the qualities of made products are analyzed. The drew conclusion is that it is feasible to make PAFC from coal gangue.
