摘 要:低温胁迫是影响植物正常生长的主要障碍因子之一,植物尤其是经济作物的抗冷性强弱直接影响作物产量。近二十年来,广大学者已对植物抗冷性进行了大量研究,探讨出植物抗冷性的鉴定方法,对植物抗冷性生理生化机理及各生理生化指标与植物抗冷性的关系有了更深入的了解;通过分子标记技术,在分子水平上对植物抗冷性基因进行分析,获得了部分与抗冷性有关的基因。今后应逐步完善植物抗冷性的综合评价指标,并在植物的多个生长时期特别是成株期进行更深入的研究,综合运用各种手段特别是生物技术方法,在分子水平上探讨植物抗冷性的分子机理。Low temperature stress is one of the main obstacle factors influencing the normal growth of plants. The plant resistance to cold, especially cash crops, has direct impact on the crop production. In the last twenty years, large amount of studies have been taken on the plant resistance to cold. The appraisal of plant resistance to cold have been known, the physiological and biochemical mechanism of plant cold resistance and the relationship between physiological indexes and plant cold resistance was further known. Through molecular marker technologies, the cold resistance gene was analyzed at molecular level and some genes correlated with cold resistance have been got. In the future, the integrated evaluation indexes of cold resistance should be perfected and it should be further studied in more growth durations of plant, especially in adult plant stage, and all kinds of methods especially biotechnologies will be applied to investigate the molecular mechanism of cold resistance in molecular level.
