摘　　要：Lotus D om ino/N otes是实现和运行办公自动化的最有效的平台之一。文中介绍了房产局创建内联网(In tranet)的必要性,并总结了基于Lotus D om ino/N otes构建In tranet、实施办公自动化方面的优势和特点;通过论证,提出了使用Lotus D om ino/N otes开发“房地产权属管理系统”的解决方案;介绍了系统的设计思路及各部分功能模块,并对一些关键问题进行了讨论。Lotus Domlno/Notes is one of many platforms realizing and operating the office automation system. The necessity of organizing Intranet for real estate management is introduced and the advantage in the aspect of office automation by using Domi no/notes is discussed in this paper. Through analyzing and summarizing, a real estate manaagement system is put forward and discussed based on Lotus Dommo/Notes. At last, some designing ideas of the system and function modules are given and some key problems are discussed.
