摘　　要：针对薄长板零件的特点，提出了一种合理的龙门刨加工工艺措施。从受力的角度阐述工件夹紧过程中夹紧力与切削用量之间的关系及其控制。分析了薄板件切削加工的机理，介绍了控制工件变形的工艺技术及效果。In this paper, a kind of proper processing technic using table planning machine is presented according to the feature of along thin-plate part. The relationship and control between workpiece clamp force and cutting output are discussed in terms of the workpiece stress ,while the machining mechanism of long thin-plate workpieces is also analysed. In the end, the paper introduces the technology and effect of controlling workpieces deformation.
