山东省医院信息化建设现状分析

摘　　要：在调查山东省38所医院信息化建设情况的基础上,对医院信息化建设的成果予以旨定,同时也通过一些具体数字总结了在信息化认识、资金投入、管理模式、整体规划、行业标准、人才培养六个方面存在的问题和不足。提出相应的对策和解决方法：①加强组织领导,制定发展规划；②继续加大信息资金投入,合理分配资金；③发展临床信息系统,完善经济管理系统；④建立标准,互助协作；⑤培养高素质队伍,营造良好的信息化氛围。Based on the investigation into informatization construction status in 38 hospitals of Shandong province, the achievements of hospital informatization construction are affirmed. Meanwhile, the problems and deficiencies in six aspects including informatization understanding, fund investment, management model, whole planning, professional standard and personnel training are summerized through the analysis of some concrete numbers. The corresponding countermeasures and solutions are proposed as follows：（1）strengthen organizational leadership and establish development plan;（2）increse investment in information continuously and allocate funds rationally;（3）develop clinical information system and perfect economic management system; （4）establish standards and cooperate mutually; （5）train highquality teams and build a good informatization atmosphere.
