摘 要:用ICP-AES法测定灵芝、灵芝孢子粉及灵芝精粉中钾、钙、镁,铁、锌、铜、锰、硒、铅9种矿物元素,对样品前处理方法、酸度、共存元素干扰及元素线性范围进行了实验。方法的相对标准偏差为0.24%~5.48%(n=5),加标回收率为93%~103%,符合分析测试要求。为测定灵芝中矿物元素含量提供一种可行方法,为研究灵芝的营养价值和药用价值提供理论和实验依据。9 Mineral elements in Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma lucidium spore and pour of Ganoderma lucidum were determined by ICP-AES method. Pretreatment method of the samples, acidity,interferences of coexisting elements and the linear ranges of the analytes were studied. The relative standard deviations were 0.24 %-5.48 % ( n = 5 ), and the addition standard recoverie's were 93 %-103 % for all elements. A feasible method for determination of the mineral elements in Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma lucidium spore and pour of Ganoderma lucidum was established. That would be very useful to help work out the nutritive and medicinal value of Ganoderma lucidum.
