摘 要:在O.40mol/L的NaAc-HAc(pH4.9)缓冲液中,使用JP-303极谱分析仪,培氟沙旱在碳糊电极(CPE)上有一灵敏的吸附伏安氧化峰,峰电位为1.03V(vs.SCE)。该氰化峰的二阶导数峰电流与培氟沙星的浓度在8.0×10^-9~8.0×10^-7mol/L(富集90s)范围内成良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.998,检出限为4.0×10^-9mol/L(S/N=3,富集110s)。探讨了培氟沙星在碳糊电极上的伏安件质和电极反应机理,并且成功应用于胶囊中培氟沙星含量的测定。A highly selective and rapid new anodic adsorptive vohammetric method has been developed for the determination of trace amount of pefloxacin by using a carbon paste electrode (CPE). The pefloxacin was adsorbed on the surface of the CPE yielding an oxidation peak at 1.03 V (vs. SCE) by using JP-303 polamgraphic analyser in a NaAc-HAc buffer solution 0.40 mol/L (pH 4.9). The linear relationship between the peak current and pefloxaein concentration lay in the range of 8.0 × 10^-9 - 8.0 × 10^-7 mol/L (90 s accummulation) .The correlation coefficient was 0. 998. Its detection limit was 4.0 × 10^-9 mol/L (S/N = 3) for a 110 s accummulation. The mechanism of the electrode reaction of pefloxacin has been investigated. The proposed method can be applied to direct determination of pefloxacin in the capsules with satisfactory results.
